Luminary worked closely with Mobile Management Company on a complete rebrand inclusive of their visual identity, messaging, content creation, and UI/UX needs. With a brand new website to drive new business and sales growth to their manufactured living communities across the US MMC could now offer residents the opportunity to pay their bills and connect to other tenants in their community which meant faster processing & greater profits. Luminary designed a site equipped to handle the influx of site traffic through a unique customer portal that could facilitate fast transactions linked out to resident accounts. With an elevated user experience Luminary went on to launch an informative social media platform for MMC as a means to attract the younger residents searching on social media for their housing needs. The successful brand rebrand has helped MMC reframe the perception of what a manufactured living community offers with new costum offerings and a community driven tone.
